Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be canceled before we star the packing process. If you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us before we start to pack it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused) and a manufacturers re-stocking fee of 15% plus 5% merchant processing fee will be charged as well.
- Note: Shipping Fee are non-refundable because we cannot ask for a refund from the J&t Express Shipping Company and we pay the shipping fee directly to them.
- Note: We do not provide the return shipping label.
- Note: You must contact us within 7 days after the parcel was delivered.
- Note: The parcel must in good condition that has not used or opened.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
- The item is not in the good condition due to your failure.
